There are 186 rooms in total, including 28 special rooms and 2 VIP suites, and the rooms face the sea. Some rooms do not have a sea view. The Japanese-Western rooms combine a 6-tatami Japanese-style area with 2 beds across 45 sq m, sleep 1 to 5 guests, and have beds measuring 120 cm by 200 cm. Rakuten Travel also lists a Japanese-Western room of about 28 sq m (a 4.5-tatami Japanese-style area plus 2 beds) for 2 to 4 guests, described as smaller than the other rooms with only a partial sea view. The Japanese-style tatami rooms are 10 tatami mats, about 30 sq m, for 1 to 5 guests. The special rooms are 72 sq m or more for 1 to 6 guests; Nagisa-tei has an 8-tatami Japanese-style area, 2 low beds and a living room, making it a low-bed-style bedroom. The VIP suite Masago-tei is a connecting room with a 15-tatami Japanese-style area, a living room and 2 beds, at 89 sq m plus 46 sq m, while Fugetsu has a 12.5-tatami Japanese-style area, a living room and 2 beds across 113 sq m. Room equipment includes a television, an empty refrigerator, a telephone, an electric kettle, a safety box, a bathtub, a bidet toilet and a hair dryer; humidifiers are available to borrow by advance reservation or from the front desk at extension 5. Board games and card games for playing in your room - the Game of Life, Pop-Up Pirate, Jenga, playing cards, UNO, shogi, go and Othello - are available to borrow free of charge, in limited numbers. The building is not completely barrier-free, and some steps remain in the public areas and in the guest rooms. Wheelchairs are available to borrow, and there are wheelchair-accessible toilets in the building. Parking is in the adjoining multi-level garage, with a vehicle height limit of 2.2 m; taller vehicles are directed by an attendant. Parking is free for the first 24 hours from entry, and 300 yen per hour after that.
