Breakfast is a buffet at Levantina, the restaurant on the 6th floor of the main building, served from 6:45 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., with last entry at 9 a.m. More than about 70 items are laid out, including steak and pizza baked in a 430°C stone oven. Prices are 3,300 yen for adults, 1,650 yen for elementary school children, 770 yen for children aged 3 and over but under school age, and free for ages 0 to 2. Breakfast for co-sleeping children is not included in the plan, and breakfast for children aged 3 and over but under school age is charged separately on site. Both breakfast and dinner are served in the restaurant; there is no room service, so meals cannot be taken in your room. Because every dish is prepared in the same kitchen, allergens are not completely removed, so please speak with the service staff about any concerns.

Staying guests can use the 4th-floor SPA communal bath in the main building as often as they like, free of charge, from before check-in through the rest of their stay; it is open from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m., with morning bathing from 5 a.m. to 9 a.m. It is closed from 1 a.m. to 5 a.m. for cleaning of the bathing area. SPA+ on the 5th floor of the main building costs an additional 950 yen per person and offers proper saunas and ganbanyoku (heated-stone sauna). After checkout you can enter at half the usual price: on weekdays, adults pay 1,050 yen instead of 2,100 yen and children 500 yen instead of 1,000 yen, and on weekends and holidays adults pay 1,300 yen instead of 2,600 yen and children 650 yen instead of 1,300 yen. It is a 7-minute ride on the free shuttle bus from hotel bus stop "C-3" at the South Exit of JR Maihama Station. The bus runs from 6:05 a.m. to 11:25 p.m., every 20 minutes. By car, it is 5 minutes from the Kasai IC and 6 minutes from the Urayasu IC on the Shuto Expressway Bayshore Route. Parking is 2,000 yen per car per night and must be reserved in advance; it may be used from 11 a.m. until 11 a.m. the following day, after which 200 yen is added for every 30 minutes. Check-in is from 3 p.m. to midnight and checkout is at 10 a.m.; early check-in is generally not available.
