Rooms and facilities There are 88 rooms in all, spread across Building A and Building B, and the mix lets you choose what suits your purpose: 12.5-tatami rooms with a toilet in Building B, and rooms in Building A with the bath and toilet outside the room. Every room comes with a TV, a telephone, Wi-Fi, a tea set, a refrigerator, yukata and slippers, and all rooms have been non-smoking since December of Heisei 24 (2012). Bedding is self-service, so guests lay out their own bedding. Hair dryers are available to borrow.

A free shuttle bus runs from Kawaguchiko Station. Parking is free, on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no elevator.

Meals and cancellations Meals are served in the dining hall, with both breakfast and dinner available. If you have a food allergy and would like your meal changed, please contact the property in advance. Contacting the property is required if your check-in will be after 6 p.m. Meals for elementary school children are the same as the adult dishes, though they can be changed to a kids' meal with advance reservation. Cancellation is free until 11:59 p.m. 4 days before, with a 20% charge from 3 days before.
