Rooms
Of the 50 rooms, 46 - about nine in ten - are larger than 40 sq m, and each is decorated with Karuizawa-bori woodcarving artwork. The most compact category, the Superior Room, is 34 sq m with a bed measuring 110 cm by 196 cm and accommodates 2 guests. The Deluxe Room with Balcony is 41-48 sq m with a bed measuring 110 cm by 196 cm or 122 cm by 196 cm; it is designed for 2 guests but can take up to 3, with the third sleeping on a sofa bed. The Courtyard Deluxe Room with Balcony, facing the inner courtyard, is likewise 48 sq m and has the same bed specifications and capacity as the Deluxe Room. The Premium Room and the Courtyard Suite are both 56 sq m with beds measuring 122 cm by 196 cm and can each accommodate up to 4 guests. The Premium Twin Room with Tatami Corner is also 56 sq m, but it is a Japanese-style room with a roughly 6-tatami-mat tatami corner furnished with chairs, where families can stretch out and relax. When the Premium Room or the Courtyard Suite is used by 3 or more guests, some of the bedding is provided as an extra bed.

Breakfast is served half-buffet style at the casual dining restaurant à table, open from 6:45 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. (last order), with a choice of 9 main plates including egg dishes and a Japanese set meal. à table has no age restriction, making it easy for families to use. Baths
The communal bath SILENT SPA on the first basement floor is open from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 3 p.m. to midnight, and the men's and women's baths swap over after the overnight cleaning. The water is heated rather than onsen water, and there is no private-hire bath. A sauna is also provided. There are steps at the entrance to the communal bath on the first basement floor, so a wheelchair cannot be moved through without assistance. Please also take care when moving through with a stroller.

The co-sleeping policy changes for stays from October 1, 2026, when children under 13 will be able to co-sleep free of charge. On meal-inclusive plans, meals for co-sleeping children are not included, and whatever the child eats must be settled on site. For reservations made by June 30, 2026, the previous policy applies, covering co-sleeping for children under 18. The fitness gym on the first basement floor is open 24 hours, but children cannot use it on their own. The Deluxe Room with Balcony has children's pajamas in sizes 90-110 cm and 110-130 cm, along with children's amenities (slippers and a toothbrush); to use them, please ask at the front desk.

A free shuttle from Karuizawa Station is available in a Mercedes-Benz, and guests can use it as many times as they like between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. The ride takes about 5 minutes, or the walk about 15 minutes. Kyu-Karuizawa Ginza is about a 5-minute walk away. Parking is available for 30 cars, free of charge and with no reservation required.
