Through all four seasons it offers many ways for three generations of a family to enjoy themselves, with activities, shopping and the onsen filling a whole day with children.

Families can choose between twin rooms looking out on the scenery of each season and detached cottages scattered through the forest. Rooms
Guests can choose between twin rooms in the main building and detached cottages scattered around the grounds. The West Twin Room is 24 square meters for 1 to 3 guests, with two beds measuring 97 cm wide by 195 cm long by 44 cm high; using the sofa bed, up to 3 guests can stay. The Deluxe Terrace Twin has a 39-square-meter room plus a 6-square-meter terrace for 4 guests, with two beds measuring 110 cm wide by 203 cm long by 58.5 cm high as well as two trundle beds, so it works well for families. The Junior Suite is 43 square meters, divided into a living room and a bedroom, for 3 guests. The cottages come in Type A (47.4 square meters, sleeps 4, with 4 beds), Type D (52 square meters, sleeps 4, with an en-suite bathroom in each twin room), Type E (74.8 square meters, sleeps 6) and Type F (95 square meters, sleeps 8); with 4 to 8 beds, they suit larger family trips. Note, however, that some cottage rooms have no air conditioning and only a fan, so take care if you are traveling with a baby in summer. The barrier-free Deluxe Terrace Twin Universal has few steps, and a wheelchair to borrow and a universal restroom on the 1st floor are also available.
Dining
Meals for children under school age are not included in plan prices and are paid for at the hotel. From April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027, breakfast is free for children under 6: the buffet restaurant serves the breakfast buffet, while the other restaurants offer dedicated menus. Breakfast at the Japanese restaurant Karamatsu consists of rice, miso soup, seaweed and salmon. Some restaurants also offer a kids' menu, but baby food continues to be provided for a fee. The Chinese restaurant Tohri has two private rooms of 10 seats each, which can be combined for up to 20 guests, and ALL DAY DINING LOUNGE/BAR Primrose has one private room with 16 seats and another with 12 seats; these private rooms also suit meals with larger family groups. Meals accommodating allergies can also be arranged.
Baths and Onsen
The onsen building MOMIJI HOT-SPRING has simple onsen water, with separate men's and women's areas each offering an indoor bath, an open-air bath, a sauna and a cold bath. Guests staying in twin rooms in the main building may use it free of charge, though a separate bathing tax of 150 yen applies; cottage guests pay 2,000 yen per adult per visit and 1,850 yen per child aged 3 to under 12 per visit. Children wearing diapers may not bathe. Boys use the men's bath from age 7 and girls use the women's bath from age 7, while children up to age 6 may also use the bath for the opposite sex.
