Dinner is a creative French course built around Shinshu ingredients, offered at several grades, including the hotel's top-tier premium creative French course "Grand" and the standard creative French course "Lumiere," which pairs a meat main with a fish main. From May 2026, dinner changed from buffet service to a course format. For children, there are two dinner menus: Course A for elementary school children and Course B for children who have not yet started elementary school (ages 3-6). Breakfast is a Western breakfast prepared with care by the head chef, served from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m., with last orders at 8:30 a.m. Meals are served only in the restaurant; in-room dining is not available. Regarding food allergies, when a guest declares an allergy the hotel's policy is in principle to decline to serve any of the meals, and the removal of allergens on request as well as the introduction of new substitute menus have been suspended for the time being. Guests may bring in allergen-free food and their own tableware if they notify the hotel in advance.

The communal bath offers alkaline simple onsen water brought in from Hataya Onsen in Gunma Prefecture. The spring water is soft on the skin and gentle, and guests aged 12 and over pay a separate bathing tax of 150 yen per person. Ganbanyoku (a heated-stone sauna) can be booked for private use at 2,200 yen per group for 40 minutes, including tax, to enjoy with family or friends.
