Rooms

The 13 guest rooms fall into three groups: special rooms with an open-air bath (2 rooms), Akari Koji (5 rooms) and the main building (6 rooms). The special rooms with an open-air bath, Yamamomiji and Yamazakura, are 38 sq m with two Japanese-style tatami rooms (14 tatami mats plus 8 tatami mats); Yamamomiji has a hinoki-cypress open-air bath and Yamazakura a stone one. They sleep 2 to 4 guests and have set child rates. The Akari Koji Junior Suite is the largest room here at 80 sq m (a 10-tatami Japanese-style room plus a bedroom), with 4 beds, sleeping 2 to 7 guests, and it has set child rates. The Akari Koji Japanese-Western rooms come as 14 tatami mats plus a bedroom (38 sq m) and 12 tatami mats plus a bedroom (35 sq m), each for 2 to 5 guests, and 9 tatami mats plus a bedroom (30 sq m) for 2 to 4 guests; all of them have set child rates. Set child rates also apply to the main building Family Deluxe Room (50 sq m, 1 to 5 guests), the main building Japanese-Western room (28 sq m, 2 to 4 guests) and the main building 10-tatami Japanese-style tatami room (2 to 4 guests). The main building 8-tatami Japanese-style tatami room (with a bed, 15 sq m), on the other hand, cannot accept children at all - not only co-sleeping children but elementary school children and babies and toddlers as well. The main building 10-tatami Japanese-style tatami room (with a bed, 18 sq m) and the main building Akari Koji Western-style room (twin) both have beds installed, so they cannot accept children co-sleeping either.
