Stays are all-inclusive, with lounge drinks, sweets and activities included in the room rate. Breakfast and dinner are both served buffet-style in the restaurant, where baby food for ages 7 to 9 months is available, and staff will warm baby food you bring yourself. Dining
Breakfast and dinner are both buffets served in the restaurant, and in-room dining is not available. At the buffet venue, the LIFE TABLE, baby food for children aged 7 to 9 months is available in the venue itself, and staff will warm baby food you bring yourself if you let them know in advance or ask at the front desk. The dining venue also has children's chairs, children's tableware (plate, spoon and fork) and coloring sheets. Because this venue is a buffet, however, it cannot accommodate allergies; instead you are given a list of the dishes with the ingredients used. The other restaurant, GRILL Shiretoko, serves a set course and can be reserved only by guests staying in the Okhotsk Club's spa suites with sauna and suites with an open-air bath. Children aged 6 and over are served the same meal as adults, while children aged 0 to 5 can neither reserve nor enter. Here the menu can be changed for shrimp, crab, walnut, wheat, buckwheat, egg, milk and peanut if you get in touch by 3 p.m. four days before your stay, but since only certain room types qualify and children aged 0 to 5 cannot enter, families with young children cannot choose the venue that accommodates allergies.
Baths and Onsen
The spring water is a sodium chloride spring, and the eighth floor has a panoramic communal bath with an open-air bath, a sauna and a cold-water bath. The communal bath is open from 3 p.m. to midnight and again from 5 a.m. to 10 a.m. the next morning. There is no family bath and no private-hire bath, so to bathe with your children you choose either the communal bath, an Okhotsk Club room with an onsen open-air bath on the terrace, or the Onsen Modern Twin or Onsen Universal Room, which have a natural onsen bathroom inside the room. Children of the opposite sex may use the communal bath only up to the age of 5, before they start elementary school. Whether children who are not yet out of diapers may get into the communal bath tubs is not stated, so please confirm in advance. A baby bath for use in your room is among the items available to borrow. Guests with tattoos cannot use the communal bath.

50 minutes by bus from JR Shiretoko-Shari Station, then a 5-minute walk from the Utoro Onsen Bus Terminal. From Memanbetsu Airport it is about 2 hours by car. Parking is free, with 150 spaces. Check-in is from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., and checkout is at 11 a.m.
