Club Med Kiroro Grand is an all-inclusive family resort within the Kiroro Ski Resort in Hokkaido. Meals, drinks, activities and kids' programs are all included in the room rate. The guest rooms are Junior Family Superior Rooms, a twin type with 2 beds. There are hands-on programs for children aged 4 and over, baby baths and bed guards available to borrow free of charge, and guests can also use the natural onsen, the indoor pool, the open-air baths and the sauna.
Rooms
The guest room type on record is the Junior Family Superior Room (twin), 37 to 40 sq m, with 2 beds measuring 100 cm wide by 200 cm long. The standard plan sleeps 1 to 2 guests, but the family plan, intended for 2 adults plus up to 1 child aged 4 to 17, allows up to 3 guests. Rooms are on floors 3 to 12, and depending on the room type they may be in a different building. A crib cannot be used in some rooms, so checking in advance is recommended.
Dining
Meals are served buffet-style in the restaurant: breakfast from 7:15 to 10 a.m., lunch from 12 p.m. to 2:15 p.m., and dinner from 6:40 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. A late lunch of light dishes is also served from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m., and all of these are included in the all-inclusive stay. At dinner, chefs prepare dishes fresh in an open kitchen.
Baths and Onsen
There is a natural onsen, with 2 open-air baths, open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. The open-air baths are unavailable from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for cleaning. A sauna is available as well. There is no private-hire bath, so bathing together as a family means using the open-air baths during their opening hours. There is also an indoor pool, free for staying guests, though its hours are short at 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., and there is no children's pool.

Hands-on programs are offered for children aged 4 and over, and they can take part at no additional charge. Alongside the Mini Club for ages 4 to 10 and the Petit Club for ages 2 to 3 (additional charge required), a Junior Club for ages 11 to 17 runs during long holiday periods.
