The Family Twin Room is 22 sq m for 1-2 guests, with low beds pushed together in a Hollywood twin arrangement. Shirofukuro is a 50 sq m Japanese-Western room for 2-4 guests, sleeping up to 4 with two beds and two futons. The Standard Twin Room is 18-22 sq m for 1-4 guests; the two regular beds cannot be pushed together, so with 3 guests one person sleeps on a sofa bed. Bunk Bed Room A is 16 sq m; to prevent falls, children of elementary school age and older cannot co-sleep there and must be booked with bedding. The layout also does not allow a bed guard or a crib to be set up. The 10-tatami Japanese-style tatami room takes up to 4 guests, though laying out 4 futons leaves the room rather tight.

Breakfast is the Forest Buffet at Mori no Dining, served from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m., with about 50 Japanese and Western dishes that include both of Furano's specialties, omelet curry and the Furano burger. Baby food and kids' menu items are plentiful, and picture books and phone stands are provided so children can take their time over a meal. Children's chairs, tableware, cutting scissors, training chopsticks and paper bibs are also available at mealtimes. Children's meal options are available from age 0, and baby food is sold at the shop as well. Children ages 4 and over pay the buffet charge; children ages 4 and over who have not yet started elementary school are booked with meals, while children ages 3 and under are booked without meals. Dinner is a buffet limited to 90 minutes, with a kids' corner of dishes children love. Meals in a private room are not available.
Baths
The bathing area is a Komyoseki quasi-natural onsen, with an open-air bath and a communal bath. The open-air bath is a milk bath, and the bath floors are tatami, so they are not slippery, which is reassuring for children and older guests alike. The bathing area has children's chairs and body soap, and the communal bath also has a baby bed for the bathing area, children's chairs and toys. Hours are 3 p.m. to 9 a.m. the next morning. Towels and bath towels are not provided at the communal bath, so bring the ones from your room.

Furano Ski Resort is right in front of the hotel, a 2-minute walk away. The hotel is 8 minutes by car from JR Furano Station and about 1 hour from Asahikawa Airport by Furano Bus. Parking is free with no reservation needed and has 60 spaces. During the winter period from December through March, if the on-site parking is full, an overflow parking area is set up a 3-minute walk from the hotel.
