Dining
Dinner is a Japanese-style kaiseki course built on seafood from the Sea of Japan and ingredients from the Tajima region, featuring fresh fish and shellfish landed at local fishing ports as well as Tajima beef. Meals are served in the guest room for parties of 2 to 3, while parties of 4 or more dine in a separate private tatami room. Dinner is served from around 6 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., and breakfast from around 8 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
Baths
The ryokan has two natural onsen indoor baths for private-hire use, where you can look out on a small courtyard garden of bamboo. One person, a family or a group can all take their time in them on a private-hire basis. The spring water is a sodium-calcium chloride spring, said to be beneficial for general health, sensitivity to cold and recovery from fatigue. They can be used from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m.
