All rooms are spacious 2- to 3-bedroom layouts of over 120 square meters, with a Japanese-style tatami room, Western-style bedrooms, a kitchen, bath, and toilet. Up to 7 guests per room, counting children aged 4 and under, can stay in a room, making this resort well suited to family and group trips. The two natural onsen communal baths alternate between men and women, with a baby bath in each facility and no age restriction for bathing. There is also a summer-only rooftop garden pool and a heated pool that children can use with a swim diaper.
Rooms
All rooms are spacious 2- to 3-bedroom layouts measuring 120 square meters, with a living room, a Japanese-style tatami room (8 tatami mats), 1 to 2 Western-style bedrooms, a kitchen, bath, and toilet. Rooms also include a microwave oven and refrigerator. The capacity is up to 7 guests, including children up to age 4. Standard rooms have 2 to 4 single beds. The Asian Big Suite has one double bed in the living room and one in the bedroom; the 3-bedroom type also has 2 additional single beds. Mama & Daddy has 2 specially made extra-large beds, each 240 cm wide. The walls, floors, and furniture in Mama & Daddy are designed with children's safety and comfort in mind, and baby amenities and a formula-preparation machine are also provided. Standard rooms do not have humidifiers, DVD players, or massage chairs, while the other rooms have air purifiers with humidifying functions. There are 3 pet-only rooms, each allowing up to 1 small dog or cat measuring 60 cm or less in length and weighing 10 kg or less.
Dining
Dinner is a buffet featuring Japanese and Western food as well as authentic Chinese cuisine, served in two seatings from 5:30 p.m. and 7:45 p.m. Breakfast is a buffet from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. Children under age 4 are advised to share the adult meal, and private dining rooms and in-room dining are not available. The child rate is 70% of the adult rate for elementary school students, including meals and bedding; 50% of the adult rate for children who have not yet started elementary school ages 4 to 6, including meals and bedding; JPY 2,200 as a facility-use fee for 3-year-olds, including bedding; and free of charge for children ages 0 to 2, without meals or bedding. The buffet identifies 8 specified allergenic ingredients, and a low-allergen menu has been available for stays on or after July 1, 2025. At night, Kyoritsu Resort's specialty Yonaki Soba is provided free of charge from 11 p.m. to midnight, while supplies last.

Guests can enjoy two communal baths on a rotating schedule for men and women: Tenku no Yu, with hinoki and rock baths, and Shiki no Yu, built with marble. Both have indoor baths and saunas. Parking is available for 50 cars for JPY 1,000 per night, with 1 car per room.
