Children ages 0 and 1 stay free of charge; they are not counted in the number of guests and should be noted in the remarks field. Children ages 2 and over who have not yet started elementary school pay 50% of the adult rate, and elementary school children pay 70%. Under the revision of October 2025, the bathing tax is 300 yen for junior high school students and above and 0 yen for elementary school children and younger.

The changing room of the women's communal bath has a baby bed, so you have somewhere to lay your baby down while getting ready. The large open-air baths and indoor baths, separate for men and women, can be used 24 hours a day except during cleaning times. There is also a private-hire open-air bath beside the mountain stream with a 24-tatami living area, for 1,890 yen per 50 minutes with a phone reservation. Guests with tattoos are not permitted to bathe.

The playroom is free to use and has indoor play equipment, a picture book corner and Plarail train sets, open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. The indoor play equipment is exclusively for children ages 2 to 6, who must be accompanied by a guardian. The pool on the grounds opens in summer only, scheduled for July 18 to August 31 in 2026, though the period may change due to weather.

Breakfast is an 11-item Japanese meal made with dried horse mackerel landed at Ito Port, locally produced eggs and miso soup, served free of charge, self-service style. The dried horse mackerel can be refilled as many times as you like, and the drink bar is free too. Plans generally include breakfast only, with no dinner.

There is a non-smoking room with low beds, limited to one room per day, which makes co-sleeping with a small child easier. The barrier-free Premium Room is an 18-tatami Japanese-Western room with few steps, easy to enter in a wheelchair, with a bidet toilet (no bath, non-smoking, for 2 to 6 guests). Most other rooms are Japanese-style tatami rooms of 8 to 16 mats.
