From October 2025 all guest rooms became non-smoking, and the building is non-smoking apart from the smoking areas. Access
The hotel is a 2-minute walk from JR Hitachi Station. There is free parking on the hotel grounds for up to 20 cars, and affiliated parking is also available at the First Park No. 1 and No. 2 lots, Mitsui no Repark Hitachi Station Kaiganguchi and the Paraca SC No. 1 lot, among others. Hitachi Kamine Park is about 10 minutes away by car; set on natural hillside grounds, it has a zoo and an amusement area that groups and families can enjoy all year round. Hitachi Civic Center has a music hall and a planetarium as well as a science museum, where families can enjoy robot and science exhibits.
