The roughly 45 sq m barrier-free room has an electric bed and a mobile lift available by reservation, an en-suite bathroom filled with plain hot water, and space on the raised area for 2 futons. The top-floor communal bath uses Itako Mizuhara Onsen, a natural hot spring from the hotel's own source. The water is a slightly lukewarm low-temperature spring, so you can soak at a leisurely pace. Hours are 5 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. to midnight, and every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday bathing is not possible from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. because of hygiene maintenance. Guests with tattoos are not permitted to use the communal bath, but may bathe if the tattoos are covered with stickers or something similar. The baths in the guest rooms are all en-suite bathrooms, and the water in them, including the open-air bath in the Special Japanese-Western Room, is plain hot water rather than onsen water.

Access
A free shuttle bus runs daily from the nearest station, Nobukata Station on the JR Kashima Line, and from the Suigo Itako Bus Terminal; the ride from Nobukata Station takes about 10 minutes and requires a reservation. From the Yaesu South Exit of Tokyo Station, take the highway bus bound for Kashima-Jingu Station, then transfer at the Suigo Itako Bus Terminal to the free shuttle bus or a taxi for about 15 minutes. Free parking is available for about 100 cars, and no reservation is needed.
