Rooms
The guest rooms are currently bell tents available for a limited period, 28.3 square meters in size, with no bath or toilet. They are set up with either two double beds or three single beds plus a sofa bed, which is available in limited numbers, and they come with a low table, a refrigerator, air conditioning with heating and cooling, Wi-Fi and an air-purifying humidifier. The toilets are in the shower building, 30 seconds away on foot. All rooms are non-smoking, and you take off your shoes to go inside. A bed guard can be set up in any room, and co-sleeping is possible for children under 2. Heating and a stove are provided, but because these are tents it gets cold at night, so guests are advised to bring warm clothing. The site is surrounded by nature, so in summer insects such as stink bugs and mosquitoes may appear. There are also bell tents where you can stay with your dog, for up to two small dogs or one medium-sized dog.

Because activities, meals and accommodation are all included, there is no room-only plan. Dinner follows a "parents and children apart" style: adults aged 13 and over have a full French course, while children aged 2 to 12 have a kids' dinner buffet. Breakfast is likewise split, with a French-style single plate for adults and a kids' morning buffet for children, who collect their food at 7 a.m. and all start eating together. The Exploration Field has a trampoline and a grassy open area. More than 20 activities can be chosen each day at no additional charge, and as a rule no age limits are set, though some have age restrictions or require taking part together with an adult. Supervision by the crew covers ages 2 to 12, from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Babies aged 0 to 1 are not covered by supervision and need a guardian with them at all times during the stay. After 5 p.m., apart from Kids Time, supervision does not apply and a guardian must accompany the child. There is no drop-off childcare service that would let you leave your children and go out. The rate categories are: adults for ages 13 and over, upper elementary grades for ages 9 to 12, lower elementary grades or preschool-age children for ages 2 to 8 (with meals and futon bedding), and preschool-age children for ages 0 to 1 (without futon bedding or meals).
Access
10 minutes by car from Tsukuba Station. There is no way to reach the resort by public transportation, and a free shuttle from Tsukuba Station is available to those who would like it, departing Tsukuba Station at 12:30 p.m. on the way there and leaving BUB RESORT at 11 a.m. on the way back. There is free parking on the grounds.
