For an easy breakfast, there is a Breakfast Box (880 yen) with sandwiches from a local bakery and drinking yogurt from Michi-no-Eki Itako. You can also have breakfast at the Itako Station Hotel, served from 6:30 a.m. to 9 a.m.

By highway bus, take a bus bound for Kashima Jingu from the Yaesu South Exit of Tokyo Station and ride about 70 minutes to the Suigo Itako Bus Terminal, then about 7 minutes by the property's shuttle car, which must be reserved. There is parking for 14 cars, free of charge and with no reservation required.
