Every room has a Simmons bed, and there are four room types, from singles up to the Deluxe Twin (44.5 sq m, for up to 4 guests). The communal bath on the fifth floor is an artificial hot spring with a sauna on both the men's and women's sides. Children who have not yet started elementary school stay free when co-sleeping, a crib can be borrowed at no charge, and summer family plans add free co-sleeping and aquarium tickets.

There are four room types: Standard Single (18 sq m, bed 140 cm wide), Moderate Double (20 sq m, bed 160 cm wide), Superior Twin (26 sq m, beds 110 cm wide) and Deluxe Twin (44.5 sq m, beds 110 cm wide). The Standard Single, Moderate Double and Superior Twin each accommodate 1-2 guests. Breakfast is a Japanese and Western buffet at Il Bancale, the first-floor restaurant. It is served from 6:30 to 9 a.m. Monday through Saturday (last order at 8:30 a.m.), and from 6:30 to 9:30 a.m. on Sundays and public holidays (last order at 9 a.m.). Around 30 items are laid out, centered on a salad bar and Japanese and Western dishes, and a drink bar is available as well. The Weekend Bancale Buffet lunch, served only on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, is 3,500 yen for adults (junior high school age and above) and 1,540 yen for children (elementary school age); children below elementary school age eat free. For the dinner course menu, a private room can be used for an additional 5,000 yen. Meals prepared with consideration for food allergies can also be arranged; please confirm with the hotel in advance if you would like this.
Baths
The communal bath is on the fifth floor, and both the men's and women's sides are artificial hot springs (calcium carbonate spring) with a sauna. Hours are 3 p.m. to 1 a.m. and 5 a.m. to 10 a.m. There is no private-hire bath.
