Rooms
Every guest room at this ryokan has been renovated to a bed layout, and there are 7 room types in all. Among the rooms that suit families, the 32 sq m Western-style Wide Twin has 2 semi-double beds and 1 sofa bed and accommodates 1 to 3 guests. The Japanese-Modern Twin (32 sq m, with shower and toilet) has a tatami area and a sofa bed alongside its 2 semi-double beds and accommodates up to 4 guests. The Modern Suite (52 sq m, with shower and toilet) consists of two connected rooms, a 12.5-tatami Japanese-style tatami room and a twin bedroom, and accommodates 2 to 6 guests; when 3 or more guests stay, up to 2 of them sleep in beds and futons are laid out for everyone else. The Semi-Suite (53 sq m), which likewise has beds in a Japanese-style tatami room, accommodates 1 to 6 guests, and the Corner Twin (55 sq m), renovated in 2025 with a living area and a spacious bathroom that is not fed by the hot spring, accommodates 1 to 4 guests. All rooms are non-smoking, and a separate smoking area is provided inside the building.
Dining
Dinner is a buffet of creative Aizu regional cuisine made with seasonal local ingredients, with dishes such as the local specialty kozuyu and roast beef. Depending on the number of guests, however, it may instead be served as a half-buffet, an order buffet or a Japanese set meal, and the format cannot be chosen. Breakfast is a Japanese-style buffet featuring Koshihikari rice grown in Aizu. There is also a family plan under which one child of elementary school age or younger per adult is charged a reduced rate of 3,300 yen instead of the usual rate; this rate applies to that plan only. Allergies can be accommodated if you notify the inn at least 3 days before your stay. With a Japanese set meal, removing only the ingredient in question from a dish is handled free of charge, but arrangements that affect several dishes, such as substitute dishes, incur a special-handling fee of 1,000 to 3,500 yen.
Baths
The panoramic open-air bath on the top floor takes in a sweeping view of the Aizu castle town, and the second floor has Fumotoyu, a semi-open-air bath facing the hot-spring town. There is no age limit for babies and toddlers using the communal bath, but children wearing diapers are asked to refrain from bathing there. The private-hire bath at Fumotoyu (1,500 yen for 50 minutes, by reservation) has shower and tap fittings and shampoo is provided; the tub is sized for up to 2 adults, so it is suited to families with small children and to couples.

Access
By car, it is about 20 minutes from Aizu-Wakamatsu IC on the Ban-etsu Expressway. From Aizuwakamatsu Station, it is 15 minutes by taxi, or about 15 minutes on the town-center loop bus to the "Aizu Buke-yashiki-mae" stop, from which the inn will collect you free of charge if you call on arrival. The inn does not run transport to Aizuwakamatsu Station. Parking is a free outdoor lot with 70 spaces.
