Japanese-Western rooms combine an 8-tatami-mat Japanese-style room with a double-bed room and have a barrier-free design with few changes in floor level, accommodating families who use wheelchairs. The Two-Connected-Room Semi-Special Guest Room, with 12.5 tatami mats plus 7.5 tatami mats, and the Two-Connected-Room Special Guest Room, with 12.5 tatami mats plus 10 tatami mats, are both presented as options for families with children, family trips, and group travel. The 18-tatami-mat Japanese-style rooms in Kafutei are spacious rooms for family and friends' trips, training camps, and group travel. Breakfast is generally served at the buffet dining venue, although a Japanese set meal may be served on some days. Dinner options include a tour buffet using ingredients from Fukushima Prefecture, the creative Japanese cuisine restaurant Dining Kazamai, where meals are served in partitioned seating, and the yakiniku restaurant Ryori Chaya Asakanosato, which uses smokeless roasters and is limited to 9 groups per day. Asakanosato is not completely private, but the seats have partitions between neighboring tables.
