There are 30 Japanese-style tatami rooms, 5 Japanese-style twin rooms (added in July 2024, with beds made by Nihon Bed Manufacturing), 13 Japanese-Western rooms (renovated) and 2 Western-style rooms (renovated). The futon mattresses used on the tatami are Nishikawa's "AiR" line. Every room has Wi-Fi and an air purifier with a humidifying function.

Activities include a free stargazing session held every day from 8 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., beaded bracelet making using Kishu wood (for ages 4 and up), and the chance to feed whales and dolphins at the neighboring Taiji Whale Museum.
