The main building and annex have 164 rooms between them, and the entire hotel has been non-smoking since April 1, 2022. The most standard option is the Single in the main building, 17.8 sq m with a 140 cm-wide bed. The Double is 23.9 sq m with a 200 cm-wide bed; you cannot specify the main building or the annex when booking. There are three twin room types: the Standard Twin in the annex, 25.3 sq m with 110 cm-wide beds; the Deluxe Twin, 30.0 sq m with 120 cm-wide beds, for 1 to 3 guests and able to take an extra bed; and the Hollywood Twin, 24.0 sq m with 100 cm-wide beds pushed together side by side. Higher grades include the Junior Suite in the annex, 50.6 sq m with a 122 cm-wide bed; the Junior Corner Suites at 54.0 sq m (main building, with a 23.9 sq m bedroom and a 98 cm-wide bed) and 57.4 sq m (annex); the Suite in the annex, 65.2 sq m with a 122 cm-wide bed; and the Executive Suite on the 10th floor of the main building, 83.5 sq m with a bed measuring 200 by 215 cm. Some rooms are connecting rooms, available by reservation, so parents and children can use two adjoining rooms together.

The restaurant Selina on the 2nd floor of the main building serves a breakfast buffet from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., with last orders at 9 a.m. Guests who booked a room-only plan can still use that day's breakfast buffet for an additional 3,000 yen per adult by asking at check-in. There are 59 spaces (outdoor, mechanical), and if the lot is full, guests can use the Minami 2 parking lot across the street.
