In summer, a viewing area reserved for hotel guests at the Atami Marine Fireworks Festival is provided free of charge inside Nagisa Shinsui Park, but the venue is about a 40-minute walk away, so taking a taxi is recommended.

The hotel is about a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute drive from Atami Station. A free shuttle service runs to and from Atami Station, available from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. on the day you check in and from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on the day you check out. Outdoor parking is available at 1,000 yen per night; it cannot be reserved and is first-come, first-served, so guests are directed to a pay parking lot when it is full.
