The seasonal leisure pool, with a water slide and more, is a big hit with kids. There is also an indoor pool with a 25-meter lane, a walking lane, and an ocean-view jacuzzi, so families can enjoy the water year-round (open 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m., hours vary by season).

In addition to a joint-mat kids' space that is reassuring even for very young children, the sports building 'Piisupo' offers about 40 kinds of toys, sports equipment, and educational games to play with freely, so kids can move around and play regardless of the weather.

The hotel has the natural onsen 'Sashiki no Enjin no Yu,' and the onsen tatami room (a spacious room type designed for three generations) lets you enjoy the same source-fed hot spring water piped straight into your room. A private-hire bath for family-only use is also available (children in diapers cannot use the bathtub - please use the baby bath instead).

離乳食は有料で提供しており、宿泊日の1週間前までにホテルへ連絡すれば用意してもらえます。館内には電子レンジがあり、持ち込みの離乳食を温めることもできます。哺乳瓶の消毒はレストランまたはフロントに申し付けると対応してもらえます。

25メートルの温水プールに加え、水深90センチのお子様用の浅いレーンがあり、年中無休で利用できます。料金は大人700円、小学生400円、幼児・見学は300円です。屋内プールでは水泳帽子の着用が必須です。

夏季限定の屋外プールで、何度でも楽しめる滑り台や浅いプールでのバスケットボールが楽しめます。料金は大人1,300円、小学生900円、幼児（3歳以上）700円で、浮き輪のレンタルもあります。未就学児を含むお子様だけでの利用はできず、成人の同伴が必要です。

天然温泉と同じ泉質の湯をバリアフリー設計の個室で楽しめる貸切湯「絆・愛家」があり、事前予約制・90分制で利用できます。大浴場にはベビーバスも設置されており、おむつが外れていないお子様はこちらで入浴できます。幼児はタオル等の無料貸出の対象外です。
