Rooms
The Superior Twin is 43 sq m and holds two beds measuring 120 cm wide by 203 cm long. When 3 or 4 guests share one room, an extra bed is provided for the first additional guest and a sofa bed for the next. The Superior Terrace, on the first floor close to ground level, is a triple room with three permanent beds; its terrace opens directly onto the garden, which makes it popular with families. There is also a universal room with flooring throughout and no steps between the living area, washbasin area, bathroom, toilet and terrace. Guest-room bathrooms have a bathtub with a separate washing area, and there is no communal bath.

The restaurants have children's menus, including the Hamburg steak and Napolitan set at Verdemar (2,500 yen) and the Shisa bento at Sawa (2,300 yen). Breakfast also has children's rates: the Western buffet at Verdemar is 1,850 yen for elementary school children and 500 yen for children ages 4 to 6. A low-allergen menu covering 9 items - wheat, egg, dairy, buckwheat, shrimp, crab, peanuts, walnuts and cashews - is available, but it must be reserved at least 3 days in advance. Nirai Beach lies right in front of the hotel, and guests can reach it from their rooms by walking through the Garden Pool area.
