Hilton Okinawa Chatan Resort is an urban resort in Chatan, in the central part of Okinawa Island. Its lagoon pool, one of the largest in the prefecture, has a small slide for children and a baby pool 10 cm deep, so even babies and toddlers can join in the fun. Co-sleeping is free for children aged 0 to 5, and a generous range of children's items, including cribs and strollers, is available to borrow free of charge. All rooms are non-smoking, and each bathroom has a bathtub with a separate washing area.

City View rooms are 33-35 sq m and sleep up to 3 guests; the king bed is 180 cm wide and the twin beds are 120 cm wide. The 1st-floor Twin Room with Garden is 36-43 sq m and sleeps up to 4 guests. Its private garden connects directly to the outdoor pool, so you can get from your room to the water by the shortest possible route. For 3 or 4 guests, an additional bed is provided, and there is also one universal room for wheelchair users. To make co-sleeping easier, the twin beds can be pushed together in the center of the room free of charge with advance notice, but this is not available in City View rooms with twin beds. The Hollywood Twin setup, which adds mattresses, is available only in Ocean View rooms with twin beds, for a fee and with advance notice.
Dining
Breakfast at the buffet restaurant Suriyun runs from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., with more than 120 items. Baby food is free of charge when you dine at the buffet and 600 yen when you order a la carte. It can also be ordered for 600 yen at the Italian restaurant Corrente, at the lobby lounge Maar, and through room service, which is available 24 hours a day (at Maar, it is free only at breakfast). Staff will also warm baby food you bring yourself and sterilize baby bottles, and the restaurants provide high chairs, sharing plates, bowls, cups and cutlery. Children's breakfast prices are 2,100 yen for elementary school children aged 6 to 12, and free for children who have not yet started elementary school. Meals that take allergies into account can be arranged.

The indoor pool is 17 m long and 120 cm deep and can be used year-round, while the outdoor pools are open in summer only. Towels, swim rings, swim caps, kickboards and arm floats are available to borrow free of charge, in limited numbers, and swimsuits, goggles and other items can be rented for a fee. Guests can also use the 2 outdoor pools at the neighboring DoubleTree by Hilton Okinawa Chatan Resort.

The hotel is about 40 minutes by car from Naha Airport via the Okinawa West Coast Road. By public bus, take a route such as the No. 120, get off at Kuwae, and walk 15 minutes. Parking has 200 spaces, and from May 15, 2026, a charge of 500 yen per car per night applies, up to a maximum of 2,000 yen for stays of 4 nights or more. The hotel has no beach of its own. The nearest beach where you can swim is Sunset Beach, a 5-10 minute walk away, and Araha Beach, where you can also enjoy marine activities, is about 10 minutes away by car. Check-in is from 3 p.m. to midnight, and checkout is at 12 p.m.
