A children's chair, a stroller, crayons, a blank drawing notebook, origami paper, building blocks and other children's items are available to borrow free of charge. The stroller must be reserved. DVDs, an underwater viewing box, float rings and snorkeling sets are also on hand, so it is easy to spend time with children even if you arrive empty-handed.

Arimabaru Beach Resort is an oceanfront condominium in Motobu-cho, Okinawa, a 1-minute walk from the beach. Every room has an ocean view, and you can choose from three room types with a 1LDK or 2LDK layout, each with a kitchen and a washer-dryer. There is a Japanese-style tatami room where you can lay out futons, which makes co-sleeping with a small child straightforward. A children's chair and a stroller are available to borrow free of charge, and children's rates are set for breakfast and the barbecue. With only 3 groups a day, you can settle in at an unhurried pace.
Rooms
There are 3 guest rooms in all, and every one has an ocean view. Yanbaru-yaa, on the first floor, is a 51 sq m Japanese-style tatami room: a 6-tatami-mat room with a living room and a garden, plus a Jacuzzi, sleeping 1 to 4 guests. Three futons can be laid out in the private tatami room, so bedtime with small children has been thought through. Agarin-yaa, on the second floor, is a 60 sq m Japanese-Western room with a 2LDK layout (two bedrooms plus a living-dining-kitchen area) for 1 to 5 guests, with 2 open SW beds on the ocean side and space for 3 futons in the partitioned tatami room on the mountain side. Irin-yaa, also on the second floor, is a 60 sq m Japanese-Western 2LDK room for 1 to 4 guests, with 2 futons in the partitioned tatami room on the ocean side and 2 SW beds in the private room on the mountain side. Every room has a kitchen and a washing machine with a gas dryer, so longer stays work well here too.

Breakfast is a daily-changing menu of Japanese and Western dishes built around Okinawan cooking, served from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. It must be reserved by the day before. Children's rates are set: breakfast is 1,100 yen for children, and a plate for preschool-age children is 550 yen. A barbecue is also offered in place of dinner, by advance reservation, at 2,200 yen for elementary school children and free for preschool-age children. Since every room has a kitchen, you can also cook baby food and children's meals yourself.
Baths
Every room has a jetted bath, so you can soak while looking out at the sea. There is no onsen and no pool.

In the garden you can play ball games or badminton and set off fireworks. Sleepwear is not provided, so please bring your own.

The condominium stands on the oceanfront, a 1-minute walk from the beach. Parking for 3 cars is free and needs no reservation. Check-in is from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., and checkout is at 11 a.m.
