The pools are the biggest draw. Wrapped in tropical sea breezes and greenery, the Lagoon Pool is one of the largest in the prefecture at 567 square meters and 0 to 1 m deep; in the ramped 1 m-deep area, small children can play with peace of mind. There are also two water slides that children and adults alike can enjoy, and the slide entrance doubles as a lookout with sweeping views of the west-coast sea. The outdoor pools are seasonal (April to October), but the 17 m indoor heated pool is open year-round, and staying guests can also use the several pools at the adjacent Hilton Okinawa Chatan Resort free of charge.

Thoughtful Touches for Families with Young Children

Alongside children's amenities such as pajamas and toothbrushes, cribs (for ages 1 and under) and strollers (for ages 1 month to 4 years) are available to borrow free of charge; both require advance notice. That makes it easier to travel light on a trip with a baby, when the luggage tends to pile up. Food allergies can also be accommodated with advance notice, depending on the allergy.

It is about a 40-minute drive from Naha Airport, or about 65 to 90 minutes by airport bus for a fee. Parking has 100 spaces at 500 yen per car per night, capped at 2,000 yen for stays of 4 nights or more. Check-in is at 3 p.m. and checkout is at 12 p.m. Bed guards, baby bathtubs, diaper trash bins and similar items are also available to borrow free of charge; quantities are limited, so please contact the hotel in advance.
