Rooms

There are 95 rooms in total, all non-smoking. In the West Wing, the 10-tatami (36 sq m) Japanese-style Alps View room has 10 tatami mats plus an entry alcove and a broad window-side space, sleeps 1 to 5 guests, and is located on floors 4 to 7. A tatami room makes it easy to put a small child down to sleep, and there is room for the whole family to lie side by side. Other rooms include the East Wing top-floor VIP suite (113 sq m, a two-bedroom layout with a 12.5-tatami Japanese-style room, a reception room and a Western-style room); the Central Hall Japanese-Western room with an onsen open-air bath (70 sq m) and a living area; the East Wing 10-tatami (56 sq m) upper-grade Japanese-style room with an onsen view bath and a living area; the East Wing 10-tatami (36 sq m) upper-grade Japanese-style room with a living area, sleeping 1 to 5 guests and fitted with a mist sauna; the West Wing special room (86 sq m, a Japanese-style room plus a bedroom and a living area); and the West Wing Japanese-style room with an onsen view bath. Four room types have beds: the Central Hall Japanese-Western room with an onsen open-air bath, the Central Hall Deluxe Twin, the West Wing Twin with a view bath, and the West Wing Japanese-modern Twin. The upper-floor Alps View Japanese-modern Twin (36 sq m), renovated in April 2026, sleeps 2 to 3 guests and has the toilet, shower and washbasin in separate spaces, which keeps night-time trips to the toilet and tooth-brushing out of each other's way. The Central Hall Deluxe Twin (34 sq m) has semi-double beds and sleeps 1 to 2 guests. Every room has Wi-Fi, and humidifiers and irons are available. Children are provided with their own slippers, samue (a two-piece Japanese-style loungewear set) and an amenity set.
