There is also a BBQ plan on the rooftop with a view of the sea, where you can turn up empty-handed.

The room for 6 guests is laid out with 4 beds plus 2 sets of futon bedding. Every room comes with a bath, toilet, TV, refrigerator, air conditioning and Wi-Fi, and all rooms are non-smoking.

Access and the Area
From Choshi Station on the JR Sobu Main Line, take the local bus bound for Kurohae-Ashikajima, get off at Kurohae and walk 2 minutes, or get off at Kasagami-Kurohae Station on the Choshi Electric Railway and walk 10 minutes. From the Yaesu exit of Tokyo Station, take the highway bus bound for Inubosaki, get off at Kurohae and walk 3 minutes. There is free parking for 10 cars in front of the main building, with one space per room as a rule. Depending on the time of day, a drop-off the next day to the Port Tower or the Chikyu no Maruku Mieru Oka Observatory may also be possible, subject to conditions. Strawberry picking in spring, swimming in the sea in summer and fishing year-round are all within reach, and you can venture out to the Byobugaura promenade and Inubosaki Lighthouse.
