Rooms
There are 29 rooms in total: 11 on the second floor of the main building, 14 on the third floor of the main building, and 4 in the new wing. The Western-style twin is 30 sq m for 2 guests, with two beds measuring 100 cm wide by 200 cm long. The Japanese-Western room pairs twin beds with a 4.5-tatami raised platform, where guests can sleep in the beds or on futons at night; up to 2 futons can be laid out, and extra beds are not available. There are also 8-tatami Japanese-style tatami rooms for 2 to 4 guests and 10-tatami rooms for 2 to 5 guests, as well as a 10-tatami Japanese-style low-bed twin with two low beds set on a wood floor. Size and capacity vary by room type. Among the new-wing Japanese-Western rooms (55 sq m), 2 are universal-design rooms: the entrance, bathroom and toilet all use wide sliding doors, and there are no steps anywhere inside the room. A ramp is installed at the main entrance. All guest rooms are non-smoking, and a smoking room is provided beside the first-floor lobby.

Dinner is a seasonal Japanese set meal served in the restaurant from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., with last orders at 7:30 p.m. Breakfast is a half-buffet at the restaurant Karamatsu from 7 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Children on the elementary school rate are served an elementary-school set meal, which is the standard adult set with a few dishes removed, and children on the preschool-age child rate are served a kids' plate. Food allergies can be accommodated if you get in touch at least 3 days before your arrival date. Requests made on the day, changes to ingredients tied to the course such as fish or meat in general, and changes based on likes and dislikes may not be possible. All seats in the restaurant are non-smoking.

The indoor bath is a bright, glass-walled bathing area with 2 large tubs, and the sauna is spacious enough to enjoy self-service loyly, pouring water over the sauna stones. There is no private-hire bath. Bath chairs are provided for small children, and the communal bath also has chairs for young children. The changing room has a step of about 10 cm, but the way from the changing room through to the communal bath is a gentle slope with an automatic door.

The inn has a playroom that can be used from noon to 8 p.m. When 1 adult and 1 child stay together, the child is charged the same rate as an adult, with the difference settled at the inn. On December 31, January 1 and January 2, the inn accepts only elementary school children, preschool-age children booked with meals and bedding, and co-sleeping children; bookings made as a preschool-age child with meals only or with bedding only are also charged the meals-and-bedding rate, which is 50% of the adult rate. Under the autumn Hokkaido residents' plan on Ikyu.com (a Japanese booking site), up to 2 children may co-sleep, elementary school children in both the upper and lower grades are 70% of the adult rate, and infants and toddlers with meals and bedding are 50% of the adult rate. Infants and toddlers with bedding but no meals, and those with meals but no bedding, cannot be accepted, while infants and toddlers with neither meals nor bedding stay free of charge. From August 1 to 20, children staying at the inn receive handheld fireworks as a gift.
Access
The inn stands on the southern foot of Mount Niseko Annupuri. By car it is about 2 hours from Sapporo via National Route 230 over Nakayama Pass, about 1 hour 30 minutes from Otaru via National Route 5, and about 2 hours from New Chitose Airport via National Route 276 over Bifue Pass. From the terminal in front of Sapporo Station, the Chuo Bus Highway Niseko-go takes about 3 hours. By JR it is about 3 hours from Sapporo to Niseko Station, and about 10 minutes by taxi from Niseko Station. A shuttle from Niseko Station can also be used if arranged in advance, though the number of vehicles is limited, so your preferred time may not be possible. Parking for 100 cars is free and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
