Children's yukata come in three sizes, S, M and L, and together with children's obi sashes and children's slippers they are laid out in front of the 2nd-floor elevator, in front of the central stairs on the 4th floor and at the vending machine corner on the 5th floor. You are free to take them with you. Guest rooms are also stocked with bags for used diapers.

The executive Japanese-Western room sleeps 4 and is 70 sq m (2 rooms); the superior Japanese-Western room sleeps 4 and is 44 sq m; the superior twin type B sleeps 3 and is 44 sq m; the superior twin type A sleeps 2 and is 44 sq m (2 rooms); and the economy twin sleeps 2 and is 30 sq m (12 rooms). The standard Japanese-Western room is 44 sq m with 12 rooms, and its capacity is given as 4 guests in one place and 5 guests in another. In the Japanese-Western rooms with beds and in the special rooms, the third guest onward sleeps on futon bedding; only in the deluxe twin (sleeps 3, 70 sq m, 3 rooms) does the third guest use a sofa bed, which you set up yourself at bedtime. The tatami rooms make it easy to put a small child down to sleep, and because many rooms sleep up to 5, families have plenty to choose from. Every room has an air purifier with a humidifying function, a refrigerator and a toilet with a washing function.

Access
About 10 minutes by taxi from JR Niseko Station. A shuttle to the Chuo Bus stop "Ikoi no Yuyado Iroha" is available if reserved by the day before. Parking for 150 vehicles is free. Niseko Moiwa Ski Resort is 5 minutes away by car, and Niseko Annupuri International Ski Area is 10 minutes by car. In winter the hotel runs a ski shuttle bus to these two ski areas, free for staying guests (details of the service for the 2026/27 season are still being prepared). In winter, a rental corner for skis and snowboards and a reception corner for private lessons are set up in the hotel's annex clubhouse. What is inside the hotel is the rental shop and the reception desk; the skiing itself takes place at the ski areas nearby. The rental range includes equipment for children, and ski lessons are available from age 4 and snowboard lessons from age 7. The hotel closes on some days in April and November, so check its opening days in advance during those months. An English version of the website is also available.
