Ki Niseko is a resort hotel with its own onsen, connected directly to the Niseko Grand Hirafu ski area. Its 96 rooms come in five types, from hotel rooms up to a penthouse that sleeps as many as 8, and every room type apart from the hotel rooms has a kitchen and a washer-dryer. The free private-hire bath comes with baby baths and bouncers available to borrow, and with free co-sleeping for children who have not yet started elementary school plus a range of baby items to borrow, it is an easy place to stay with young children.
Rooms
The 96 rooms come in five types: Hotel Room, One Bedroom, One Bedroom Deluxe, Two Bedroom and Penthouse. The Hotel Room is 25 sq m for 1-2 guests; its bathroom has a shower booth only and no bathtub. One child who has not yet started elementary school may co-sleep free of charge, but a crib cannot be set up here. Bed sizes are 90 cm x 200 cm for twins and 180 cm x 200 cm for doubles (excluding the Penthouse). Rooms of One Bedroom (for 2-3 guests) and above have a washer with a drying function, so you can do laundry free of charge. In the One Bedroom Deluxe, a wall-mounted bed is set up in the living area when 3 or more guests stay, and futon bedding is added as well for 4 guests. The Two Bedroom (72 sq m) is a connecting room with two king-bed rooms plus a dining room and a kitchen, and up to 2 children who have not yet started elementary school may co-sleep. The top-floor Penthouse (252 sq m) is a four-bedroom layout with a jacuzzi on the terrace, sleeping 2-8 guests, with co-sleeping for up to 4 children under school age. Cribs can only be provided in rooms of One Bedroom and above, and are set up in the living and dining space rather than in the bedroom. The Hotel Room has no space for a crib, so one cannot be provided there, but a bed guard that attaches to a regular bed is available to borrow.
Baths and Onsen
The hotel has its own onsen, drawn from a source at the foot of Mount Niseko Annupuri. The communal bath has an indoor bath, an open-air bath, a sauna and a cold-water bath, and the men's and women's baths do not swap over. There are two private-hire baths, Hinoki and Momiji, which staying guests can use free of charge once per stay for 40 minutes. Reservations are taken at the front desk after check-in, and assistance chairs and baby items such as bath chairs, baby baths, bouncers and baby soap are available to borrow as needed, so you can enjoy the onsen just with your family and a young child.

For dinner there are the Annupuri Course and the Yotei Course, as well as an à la carte menu, and booking in advance is recommended. Dishes using gentle ingredients can be prepared to accommodate allergies, but this needs to be confirmed in advance.

Access
The hotel connects directly to the Niseko Mountain Resort Grand Hirafu ski area, a 1-minute walk away with no shuttle needed. The ski area has gentle courses for children, and younger children who are not yet up to skiing can enjoy snow play such as snow tubing in the snow field. It is about 15 minutes by taxi from JR Kutchan Station and about 2 hours by car from New Chitose Airport. In winter, a paid shuttle bus also runs from New Chitose Airport, taking about 3 hours.
