Guest rooms come in three types: European Rooms, Oriental Rooms and the Royal Garden Court. The Oriental Japanese-Western Twin is 42 sq m and sleeps 2 to 5 guests. The Oriental Japanese-Western Double is 40 sq m, with one 160 cm-wide bed and up to 3 sets of futon bedding available. The European Moderate Twin is 43 sq m and sleeps 2 to 3 guests, while the 49 sq m type sleeps 3 to 5. The European fifth-floor suite in the Royal Garden Court is 65 sq m and sleeps 3 to 5 guests, with two 120 cm-wide beds and two 140 cm-wide beds. Capacity and size vary by room type, so you can pick one to match the size of your family. Do note that the Oriental Wing is a two-story building with no elevator or escalator, so a stay there always involves going up and down stairs. The Royal Garden Court on the first floor also has five steps at its entrance, and there are no barrier-free rooms.

Dinner is a full French course served in two seatings, at 5:30 p.m. and at 8 p.m.; you choose your time at check-in, on a first-come, first-served basis. All meals are served in the restaurant, and in-room dining is not offered. The standard menu includes meals for preschool-age children. Children aged 3 and over pay a separate breakfast buffet admission charge of 1,100 yen, and adding a children's dinner costs 1,980 yen and requires advance reservation. If someone has an allergy to any of the 28 specified allergenic ingredients, a low-allergen menu can be prepared, with applications due by 2 days before the date of your stay. The breakfast buffet does not come with a low-allergen menu; it only labels the 8 specified allergenic ingredients. Lunch is not served.
