Futon bedding for children can also be prepared. The Royal Twin, which the hotel highlights for its good selection of amenities that children will enjoy, is set up as a family room. The family restaurant Togenkyo serves Western and Japanese dishes along with a kids' menu. There are 10 types of baths, starting with the open-air bath of Yamato Onsen, a natural hot spring welling up from 800 m underground. The variety includes a hinoki (Japanese cypress) bath, a medicinal bath with herbs and medicinal plants added, and a vibra bath that massages with ultrasound and bubbles. Hashakizzu, the indoor leisure pool and the ganbanyoku (heated-stone sauna) require a separate fee.

Free shuttle buses run daily from JR Koriyama Station and Kintetsu Hirahata Station. They leave from in front of the East Exit of JR Koriyama Station at 30 minutes past each hour and from in front of Kintetsu Hirahata Station at 45 minutes past each hour, with the first bus in the 8 a.m. hour and the last in the 10 p.m. hour.
