There are two onsen: the communal bath in the hotel building, called Bihada no Yu, and the separate open-air bath building Rinraku, with Shirakaba no Yu and Chobo no Yu. Children who are out of diapers may use the onsen; children who are not yet out of diapers use a baby bath, available to borrow free of charge, in the en-suite bathroom of their room. The communal bath is also equipped with a baby bath chair and baby soap. Children of elementary school age and older cannot bathe with a parent of the opposite sex; they use the bath for their own gender.
