Rooms

There is a wide range of room types, from Japanese-style tatami rooms to Japanese-Western rooms, and 36 of them have been renovated. The Japanese-style tatami rooms are 12 tatami mats facing the Tone River, and the Japanese-Western rooms are 10 to 12 tatami mats plus a twin room, combining two single beds with a tatami area. Because the Japanese-Western rooms pair a tatami room with 2 beds and futon bedding can be laid in the tatami area on request, a family can use beds and futons together. Other options include the Mizunone Fours at 48 sq m (two Simmons semi-double beds and two single beds, with a terrace), twins at 42, 36, 35 and 29 sq m, a Japanese-Western room of 12 tatami mats plus a twin, the Yamanoha Japanese-style twin at 36 sq m, and an 80 sq m corner suite with sweeping views of Mount Tanigawa and the Tone River. The 29 sq m twin has no bathtub, only a shower booth. For 3 or more guests, futons or an extra bed are used, and this is handled differently depending on the room type. Note that for stays from September 4, 2026, the river-side Japanese-Western rooms with a massage chair, limited to 7 rooms a day, sleep 2 to 4 guests and are adult-oriented, with children not accepted. This is the only adult-oriented type; the other Japanese-style tatami rooms, Japanese-Western rooms and twins all welcome families with children.
