For families, the largest option is the Luxury Family Room on floors 31-32 of the Main Tower (46.3 sq m, for 3 to 5 guests; when used by 5 guests, one of the beds is a sofa bed). Other choices include the Deluxe Plus Twin, which can be used as a triple, and the Plaza Deluxe South, which works for 3 to 4 guests, while room types such as the Junior Suite Twin include universal-design rooms and rooms for wheelchair users. About 5 minutes from the West Exit of JR Shinjuku Station, connected directly by underground passage, and right by the B1 exit of Tochomae Station on the Toei Subway Oedo Line. Check-in is at 3 p.m. (last check-in at 2 a.m.) and checkout is at 11 a.m.; rooms other than some suites and the Japanese-style tatami room can extend checkout for a fee. Parking has a capacity of 509 vehicles, and staying guests pay 1,000 yen per night. There is a 7-Eleven on the 2nd floor of the South Tower, open 24 hours, and the laundry room is open 24 hours as well. A free shuttle bus to Tokyo Disney Resort runs round trip every day for staying guests only; reservations are required for all rides, and the journey takes about 60 minutes.
