Rooms
All rooms are Western-style. Singles are 13.6 sq m for 1 guest, with one bed 140 cm wide by 195 cm long. Double rooms are 15.5 sq m for 1 to 2 guests, with one queen bed 160 cm wide by 195 cm long, and wide double rooms are 16.2 sq m for 1 to 2 guests, also with one queen bed 160 cm by 195 cm. Twin rooms are 16.9 sq m for 1 to 2 guests and deluxe twins are 18.8 sq m for 1 to 2 guests, each with two single beds 110 cm wide by 195 cm long. A barrier-free Universal Twin is also available, with two single beds 110 cm by 195 cm. There is also a semi-double arrangement in which 2 guests share a single room of 13.6 sq m with one 140 cm-wide bed. Room types come in smoking and non-smoking versions, and since April 2020 guests under 20 cannot stay in smoking rooms, so families with children need to choose a non-smoking room. Because most rooms sleep only 1 to 2 guests, a party of 2 adults and 1 child should confirm in advance, including whether co-sleeping is possible. Every room has an air purifier with a humidifying function, which helps when you are staying with a child in a dry season. Rooms have an en-suite bathroom, a toilet with a bidet washing function, a refrigerator and an electric kettle.

There are two breakfast options. The morning set at St. Marc Cafe on the first floor lets you choose one item each from several kinds of freshly baked bread, sandwiches and drinks; it is served from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. and costs 900 yen per person. Teketeke Nishishinjuku, in the first basement, serves a Japanese breakfast buffet that includes regional dishes from Kyushu, from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. with last orders at 9:30 a.m., at 1,800 yen per person. Dinner and breakfast are both served in the restaurants, and in-room dining is not listed, so please confirm with the hotel. There is one microwave each on the 10th and 14th floors, and ice machines on the 5th and 10th floors. There is no communal bath, private-hire bath, sauna or onsen. Bathing is in the en-suite bathroom in your room, so it helps to plan on getting in together with a young child.
