There is no children's menu, but children of elementary school age and under can have breakfast at special rates: for staying guests, 1,430 yen for children aged 7 to 12 and 770 yen for children aged 3 to 6. The front desk also lends out humidifiers, irons, thermometers and blankets, along with paper plates, disposable chopsticks, plastic forks and plastic knives for sharing food, ice pillows and first-aid kits; these are also limited in number, so reserving in advance is recommended. The third floor of the Main Building has two microwaves available 24 hours a day, so guests in rooms other than the family rooms can warm food as well. The building is not completely barrier-free, but there are no steps between the rooms, the lobby and the restaurants, with some exceptions. Staff will do what they can to assist guests using a wheelchair. There is no babysitting service. Checkout is normally at 11 a.m., but it can be extended until 2 p.m. at the latest, at 1,100 yen per person per hour; this may be declined when the hotel is fully booked. It is a useful option on a day when you would rather set off slowly, at your child's pace.

It is a 5-minute walk from the A4 exit of Tochomae Station on the Toei Oedo Line. Indoor parking shared by the Main Building and the ANNEX has 160 spaces and is paid (330 yen per 30 minutes every day, with a 24-hour maximum of 2,000 yen), but reservations are not accepted. Vehicles can be up to 210 cm high, 200 cm wide and 600 cm long; anything larger cannot be parked. There is a convenience store on the first floor of the Main Building, and more than 15 restaurants and cafes on the property. Airport buses bound for the Shinjuku area take about 60 to 85 minutes from Haneda Airport and about 120 to 150 minutes from Narita Airport.
