The women's bath is somewhat smaller but has a lukewarm tub for children, making it ideal for a child's first onsen experience. Both communal baths can be used through the night, from 11:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. the next morning. For bathing as a family, there is the newly opened private-hire open-air bath Ukameno-yu, with its spectacular view, plus the private-hire semi-open-air baths Kameraku-no-yu and Yuraku-no-yu, which has a small barrel tub just for children.
