A spacious communal bath (42C). Inside the communal bath is a children's bath (40C) that infants may enter while wearing a swim diaper, so even babies who are not yet potty-trained can enjoy the onsen with the whole family. The parent-and-child washing area is equipped with a baby bath chair, a baby bath basin, a children's bath stool, and baby shampoo. The bath alternates between the stone bath and the wood bath for men and women.

An indoor heated pool inside the Amusement Building. The Amusement Building is undergoing renewal planning, but the pool (aside from maintenance periods), table tennis, and part of the game corner remain open.

A small-children's indoor athletic play area, 'Kids Kids,' inside the Amusement Building. A popular spot for active play regardless of the weather.

A baby rest area for ages 0 to 2 on the 3rd floor of the New Main Building. It has soft flooring to lie down on, and can be used as a calm space before or after nursing.

A childcare facility staffed by employees with nursery teacher qualifications, on the 3rd floor of the New Main Building. Same-day reservations are also possible.

A stress-free guest room designed by working moms and dads. Located in the Annex building. Built with attention throughout - from the entryway to the sink - for families traveling with children aged 0 to 2.

Guest rooms themed around popular characters. Kid-friendly items such as a step stool and a child toilet seat are kept on hand.

On-site and adjacent to the hotel are the Familyland amusement park, the Indoor Park indoor athletic facility, a zoo where kids can interact with the animals, and, in winter, Snowpark - giving families year-round places to play.

A food-hall style dining venue. A buffet spanning 13 shops with more than 70 dishes. Features a lowered 'kids buffet' counter so children can serve themselves, children's tableware and paper bibs, three types of children's chairs (including a baby chair), baby food for 5/7/9/12 months (store-bought) provided free at breakfast and dinner (sold for a fee at lunch), and labeling for the 7 major food allergens.

Free rental items: bed guard, step stool (kept on hand in Character Rooms), children's hanger, formula-preparation pot, child toilet seat (kept on hand in Character Rooms), diaper trash bin, children's nail clippers, and thermometer; a stroller (free, for use on the hotel premises only); and in-house wear (110-130 cm free size, plus a 95 cm yukata). Paid rental: a baby futon (500 yen per night, Japanese-Western room types only), and an extra futon (2,200 yen per night). Items for sale: paper diapers, swim diapers (200 yen each), baby food from 7 months, baby snacks, stick-type formula milk, bedwetting sheets (150 yen each), disposable baby bottles, baby barley tea, baby-food spoons, baby wipes, hand-and-mouth wipes, baby shampoo, baby lotion, and nursing pads (50 yen per set) - all sold at Shirakaba Marche (1st floor of the New Main Building, 8:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m.).
