A spacious communal bath, Koten no Yu (42°C). Inside it is Warabe no Yu (40°C), a tub you can enter while wearing a swim diaper, so even babies who are not yet out of diapers can enjoy the onsen together with the whole family. The parent-and-child washing area is fully equipped with a baby bath chair, a baby bath, children's bath stools and baby shampoo. The baths alternate between men and women (Ki no Yu, the wood bath, and Ishi no Yu, the stone bath).

An indoor heated pool inside the Amusement Building. The Amusement Building is currently being planned for renovation, but the pool (outside maintenance periods), table tennis and part of the game corner remain open.

Kids Kids is an indoor playroom with athletic play equipment for younger children, inside the Amusement Building. It is a popular spot where children can move around and play whatever the weather.

The Konboko Room is a baby rest area for ages 0 to 2 on the 3rd floor of the New Main Building. Babies can stretch out on the soft flooring, and it works as a calm place to settle before and after nursing.

A childcare facility with staff who hold nursery qualifications on site at all times. It is on the 3rd floor of the New Main Building, and same-day reservations are accepted.

A stress-free guest room devised by parents raising young children themselves, in the Annex building. It is designed throughout with families with children aged 0 to 2 in mind, from the entryway to the washbasin.

Guest rooms themed around popular characters. Children's items such as a step stool and a toilet-training seat are kept in the room.

On and next to the grounds are the Familyland amusement park, the Indoor Park indoor athletic play facility, Wakuwaku Dobutsu Okoku, where children can meet the animals, and, in winter, Snow Park. Together they give families plenty to do right through the year.

A food-hall-style dining venue with a buffet from 13 shops and more than 70 dishes. There is a lowered kids' buffet counter just for children, children's tableware and paper bibs, three types of children's chairs (including the baby chair reserved for the baby plan), store-bought baby food for 5, 7, 9 and 12 months provided free of charge at breakfast and dinner (sold for a fee at lunch), and labeling of the 7 major allergens.

Available to borrow free of charge: a bed guard, a step stool (kept in the character rooms), children's hangers, a formula-preparation pot, a toilet-training seat (kept in the character rooms), a diaper trash bin, children's nail clippers, a thermometer, a stroller (free for use inside the hotel) and roomwear (110-130 cm free size, plus a 95 cm yukata). For a fee: a baby futon (500 yen per night, only in Japanese-Western style rooms) and an extra futon (2,200 yen per night). On sale: disposable diapers, swim diapers (200 yen each), baby food from 7 months, baby snacks, stick milk, bed-wetting sheets (150 yen each), disposable baby bottles, baby barley tea, baby-food spoons, baby wipes, hand and mouth wipes, baby shampoo, baby lotion and nursing pads (50 yen a set) - all sold at Shirakaba Marche on the 1st floor of the New Main Building, open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
