forumWhat families say

Rakuten Travel rating 4.22 out of 5 (4,169 reviews). Families with children and lots of luggage say the affiliated parking next to the hotel and the lockers where bags can be left free of charge were a real help. Many guests mention the location in front of the station, with restaurants, convenience stores and a streetcar stop close by, and say the rooms are clean. On the other hand, some reviews say the Wi-Fi was too weak to use.

Overview

Breakfast is 1,300 yen for adults (junior high school age and up) and 650 yen for children up to elementary school age, and it is free for children who have not yet started elementary school. No children's towels are provided. The items available to borrow are a desk lamp, pillows, an iron, an ironing board and nail clippers; cribs and baby futons are not among them. Rooms

Bed setups differ by room type. The hotel recommends four types for couples and families. The Semi-Double is about 12 sq m, with one semi-double bed 123 cm wide, for 2 guests. The Double is about 12.4 sq m, with one double bed 140 cm wide, for 1 to 3 guests. The Twin is about 17 sq m, with two single beds 103 cm wide, for 1 to 4 guests. The Deluxe Twin is about 24 sq m, with beds 123 cm and 103 cm wide plus a built-in sofa bed, for 1 to 4 guests. The Single (about 12 sq m, one semi-double bed 123 cm wide, for 1 guest) is intended for business travelers and solo guests. Co-sleeping is limited to one child per bed, so two co-sleeping children need a room with two beds. Rooms have Wi-Fi, an LCD TV, loungewear and a slipper set, and the hotel describes them as quiet thanks to double-glazed windows and fusuma (sliding paper doors). The refrigerator, which you can use for food and drinks you bring, chills only and has no freezer; if you need to freeze something, you can ask at the front desk. Humidifiers are also available to borrow; please confirm details such as how many are available when booking. Since June 1, 2026, rooms are cleaned during multi-night stays only on request (for stays of 4 nights or more, regular cleaning is done on the 4th night).

Baths
