The rooms with an open-air bath are spacious enough for three generations to stay together. The Japanese-modern rooms have few steps inside, which makes them easy to move around with small children. The 12-tatami Japanese-style room facing the Yokoze River is non-smoking and described as family-friendly, so there is no tobacco smell to worry about. The 10-tatami Japanese-style room is non-smoking as well. Humidifiers are also available to borrow for guest rooms.

Dinner is normally served in the dining hall and breakfast is a buffet in the lounge. Guests staying in a room with an open-air bath can enjoy dinner in their room; parties of 5 or more are served in a private dining room instead. The breakfast buffet includes miso potato, which is popular with children.
