Rooms

The main building has Japanese-Western rooms with an open-air bath (a 6-tatami Japanese-style area plus twin beds, 53.7 sq m), 10-tatami Japanese-style rooms with an open-air bath (32.44 sq m), Western-style rooms with a view bath (twin, 32.87 sq m, beds 110 x 195 cm), and 10-tatami Japanese-style rooms (32.44 sq m). All have a bathroom and toilet. The open-air bath in these rooms is either a rock bath or a hinoki cypress bath, and the room type cannot be specified. The Farm City annex has condominium-style resort apartment rooms, reached from the main building via an outdoor connecting passage. All 48 rooms look out over the night view of Chichibu, and the options include a maisonette Western-style room with 4 beds and another with 3 beds plus a sofa bed (both 36 sq m, with bathroom and toilet, renovated in 2019). There are 70 rooms in total. The rooms are semi-barrier-free, but the bath, washbasin area and toilet cannot be entered in a wheelchair.

Dining

Dinner is an all-you-can-eat buffet of about 50 Japanese and Western dishes, with all-you-can-drink soft drinks included. It is served either in Chichibuji Oruri, the view restaurant on high ground with sweeping views of Chichibu and the Okuchichibu mountains, or in a banquet room; on busy days such as Saturdays, seating may be split into shifts. There is also a salad bar of fresh Chichibu vegetables, grown pesticide-free at a local farm. Breakfast is either a buffet of about 25 Japanese and Western dishes or a set menu, and guests cannot choose between them. Every item served at the dinner and breakfast buffets is labeled for the 7 major allergens.

Baths

The communal bath is Komyo Kamigami Onsen, an artificial hot spring using komyoseki stone. Along with the view communal bath there is an open-air bath, a low-temperature sauna and a rest room. In the morning you can bathe while looking out at the majestic Chichibu mountains, and at night at the city lights of Chichibu. Hours are 3 p.m. to midnight and 6 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Guests staying in the annex need to walk about 100 m along the outdoor connecting passage to reach the communal bath.
