AYANO Banba-dori occupies a private whole floor on the second story of a building on Banba-dori, the approach to Chichibu Shrine. There is just one Japanese-Western room, with 2 beds in the Western-style area and 3 sets of futon bedding in the Japanese-style tatami area, sleeping 1 to 5 guests, and child rates are available. No meals are served, and the bathroom is a shower room. Access is easy - about a 10-minute walk from Seibu-Chichibu Station and about 2 minutes from Ohanabatake Station - but there is no parking, so guests arriving by car use a nearby pay parking lot.
Rooms
There is only one guest room, a 95-square-meter Japanese-Western room made up of a Western-style area with beds and a Japanese-style tatami area with futon bedding: 2 single beds in the Western-style area and 3 sets of futon bedding in the tatami area. It sleeps 1 to 5 guests, and child rates are available. On the television you can use video streaming services with your own account, and an automatic logout function is built in. A hair dryer, a microwave (in some rooms only, reservation required), an electric hot-water kettle, a refrigerator and individually controlled air conditioning are also provided. Room cleaning and towel changes are generally not carried out during consecutive nights; they are arranged on request for stays of 2 nights or more, and for stays of 3 consecutive nights or more, cleaning is done from 11 a.m. on the third day. A coin laundry with an automatic detergent dispenser is available for a fee.
Dining
No meals are served, so the stay is room-only. Restaurants within a 10-minute walk include WINE BAR Shoraku and the small restaurant Ko-ryori Iso, and guests dine at eateries in the surrounding area.
Bath
The bathroom is a shower room, fitted with an overhead shower and stocked with body soap, shampoo and conditioner. Within a 10-minute walk there is a bathing facility, Club Yu Chichibu Onsen Matsuri no Yu, though it is a separate facility from the guesthouse.

The futon bedding in the tatami area is laid on the floor, so co-sleeping with a small child is straightforward. Shoes are strictly not worn indoors and are taken off on entry, which suits small children who pad around barefoot. The guest room is on the second floor of the building and reached by an interior staircase, so take care carrying a stroller or large luggage up and down. Note as well that wheeled luggage such as suitcases cannot be taken past the inner door. The surrounding area is largely private homes, and noise at night disturbs the neighbors, so please be mindful of sound when staying with small children.

The guesthouse is about a 10-minute walk from Seibu-Chichibu Station and about a 2-minute walk from Ohanabatake Station. There is no parking, and the guesthouse's website provides information on nearby pay parking lots. By car, it is about 45 minutes from Hanazono IC on the Kan-Etsu Expressway.
