Rooms
The hotel has 86 rooms in three types: Double, Standard Twin and Superior Twin. The Standard Double has one double bed 150 cm wide and a shower booth only, with no bathtub. The Standard Twin has two beds 110 cm wide and likewise only a shower booth, and because of the building's structure an extra bed cannot be used. If you need a bathtub, choose the Superior Twin, which has an en-suite bathroom with a separate washing area and two beds 110 cm wide. One wheelchair-accessible Universal Twin is also available. Co-sleeping is limited to children who have not yet started elementary school, with up to one child per bed. Children of elementary school age and above pay the same rate as adults.
Dining
Breakfast is a Western-style buffet in the first-floor lounge, with freshly baked bread, a soup bar and a salad and fruit bar. It is served from 6:40 a.m. to 9:15 a.m., with last orders at 9 a.m. Dinner is not served and there is no room service, so families with children will want to plan on eating dinner in the surrounding area. Regarding food allergies, multiple ingredients are handled in the same kitchen, so trace contamination cannot be completely prevented and the removal of allergens is not guaranteed.
Baths and Onsen
There is one natural onsen communal bath with an open-air bath for each gender, open from 6 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and from 3 p.m. to 1 a.m. There is no private-hire bath. The water is an alkaline simple onsen and children may use it, but children who are not yet out of diapers are asked to refrain from getting into the tubs. Children may use the bath of the opposite sex only up until they start elementary school. No towels are provided in the changing rooms, so bring the towels from your room.
