forumWhat families say
Rakuten Travel rating 4.18 out of 5 (2,441 reviews). Many guests report that the hotel is close to the station and that the rooms are clean and comfortable, and they praise the breakfast for its wide, tasty buffet selection. Guests also appreciate how the renovation has freshened up the rooms. On the other hand, some report that the air conditioning temperature cannot be adjusted, and that at some breakfast venues children's chairs and tableware are not set out at first, so it is reassuring to ask for them if you need them.
