Up to 4 sets of futon bedding 95 cm wide can be laid out in a Japanese-style tatami room. Other rooms include an 18 sq m Japanese-Western room for 4 guests, with 2 semi-double beds in the Western-style area and space for 2 sets of futon bedding in the tatami area; a Japanese-Western room with its own bath and toilet for 2 to 5 guests, sleeping 3 in the tatami area with a semi-double bed and a single bed in the Western-style area; an 8-tatami Japanese-style tatami room for 1 to 4 guests, close to the shared toilet, refrigerator, microwave and kettle; and an 8-tatami Western-style twin room with two smallish single beds placed side by side, for 1 to 2 guests, which can take up to one preschool-age child co-sleeping. Extra bedding for a co-sleeping preschool-age child can be arranged for a fee, up to the room's capacity. Children are subject to the preschool child rate from age 0, and child rates are set for each room type. All toilets are Western-style and fitted with a washlet, but apart from the large Japanese-Western room, the bathroom, washbasin and toilet are shared. Guest rooms are on the second floor, and stairs are the only way between floors. The whole building is non-smoking, including electronic cigarettes.

Dinner and breakfast are served in the dining room. Breakfast is a Western-style plate, with refills of bread and drinks. Meals for elementary school children and preschool-age children are almost the same as the adult meals, with different portion sizes. If you choose the no-meal option for a preschool-age child, bread and drinks are served at no charge. If you would like baby food, book with meals included and let the pension know the weaning stage in advance. Allergenic foods that need to be left out are accommodated if you write the person concerned and the items in the remarks field. The only plan that includes dinner is the two-meal plan with a family pizza-making dinner experience, and it is limited to a one-night stay; note that this pizza experience cannot leave out or substitute for wheat and dairy allergens. There are few mosquitoes, and they are rarely seen inside the building. Flies are more common, and horseflies and blackflies sometimes appear in the evening. Because the area is cool, there are no cockroaches. In summer, insect repellent is provided in each guest room, and the pension recommends using the screen doors and not leaving doors and windows open.
