Hoshino Resorts RISONARE Yatsugatake is a design resort at the southern foot of the Yatsugatake mountains, where the world-renowned architect Mario Bellini shaped an entire streetscape. Restaurants, cafes and shops line the 160-meter Piman Street, and families can fill a whole stay without leaving the resort: the year-round indoor pool Il Mare (waves up to 1.2 m, a kids' area with 7 pieces of play equipment), the Mokumoku-yu onsen, childcare service (free for ages 6 and under) and RISONARE Kids Studio, where children take part in a pastry chef experience.
